DESCRIPTION:En este taller prepararemos un menú completo sin gluten*. \nHablaremos sobre las difernetes opciones de alimentación para las personas celíacas y\, como no podía ser de otra manera\, de las distintas harinas sin gluten\, sus características y las mezclas que podemos hacer para obtener resultados óptimos en nuestra cocina. \nEl postre estará a cargo de la chef y escritora Vanusa Hazboun\, especialista en repostería sin gluten. \n  \nSi tienes dudas\, envíanos un WhatsApp \n  \n*IMPORTANTE: En el aula de Ecotienda Cibeles se realizan distintos talleres por lo que hay contaminación cruzada.
